Welcome To The Dinghy Bar & Grill

After twenty-plus years and the passing of Nyle Mann, a legend to all of us, a New Orleans family has taken over Landmark Charles at Pier 121 on Lake Lewisville. The Dinghy Bar & Grill showcases a patio overlooking the water, full bar and casual menu with a Cajun flare rounded off with classic Texas favorites.

Ricky Comardelle, brother of Dallas restaurateur Dee Lincoln, has spent his life around water. From the swamps of Louisiana where he and Dee grew up to years past in Biloxi, Mississippi and Destin, Florida, Ricky has decided to give up what he refers to as the "Cajun Riviera" and make his way to Texas.

Ricky's company, Fiberglass Unlimited, builds offshore living quarters and beautiful houseboats. Prior to Hurricane Katrina, Ricky and his family owned Cajun on The Bayou Restaurant and Gift Shop in Louisiana and operated their 100 foot dinner cruise boat in Destin, Florida where he, his wife and two children spent their summers.

His son, Dex Comardelle, who is in college, chose hospitality for his profession, so what better way than to follow his aunt's footsteps - an aunt who happens to be Dee Lincoln.

Although Dee Lincoln is staying very busy with Dee Lincoln's Tasting Room & Bubble Bar at Cowboys Stadium with plans to open new tasting rooms in Dallas and Fort Worth, she will spend quality time at the Dinghy Bar & Grill. Be assured that Dee and her family have assembled a great team offering Southern Hospitality and excellent food.

We look forward to meeting ya'll soon.
